Cocoa is beautiful dark brown (almost reddish) with black points, with gorgeous phenotype and coverage from head to toe. She is large, square, and very upright. A bit high strung (doesn't like the LGDs).
Her sire, Snowmass Apotheosis, is a son of Snowmass Matrix Majesty (Futurity Herdsire of the Year 2013 and 2014) and a grandson of Snowmass Matrix. Cocoa's lineage also has PPPeruvian Kenamori Gold.

Beige out of a dark brown dam with black points and dark fawn sire. Surprised to get the beige, but not very surprised to find three brown spots in her blanket to indicate what color she could eventually throw. At spring 2021 shearing found a few more - so a total of five spots in her blanket.
We generally try to combine the dam's name and the sire's name for the cria. For Ventura offspring, we've always started with a "v." This name (Vocachino) hits everything (a "vocachino" is a cocktail made with vodka, Kahlua, simple syrup, and cocoa). We got the "cocoa," the "kahlua," and the V. Couldn't be a better fit.
2021 fiber stats: 17.1 AFD, 3.6 SD, 100% CF.

Color test results are in: ee Aa; with white fiber, pink skin; fawn fiber, pink skin; red/brown fiber, pink to red skin. (Seems to have nailed it - beige/white with brown spots).
